By reputation, this lady of great stature and formidable presence represents much more. With a billowing voice and equivalent appetite she is the final critic of beautiful cuisine and fine wine.

She demands the freshest produce to create the finest flavours.

The end result is always enjoyed through no less than three courses, each course accompanied with a considerable volume of fine wine.
